The Tag Rugby Course is suitable for both Primary and Secondary teachers, AOTT's, Coaches and Sport Leaders wishing to introduce rugby to pupils using a non-contact form of the sport. The course is organised and delivered by Rugby Union Development Officers.
At the conclusion of the course you will be able to:
- Safely and knowledgably introduce the rules and skills of Tag Rugby
- Deliver, a safe and enjoyable coaching session
- Teach and coach basic Rugby skills
- Progress those basic skills into a game situation
- Apply the rules of the game of Tag Rugby
