Year 4 Football Multi Skills
11 schools took part in the first ever Year 4 Football Multi Skills tournament which was held at Barnsley Football Club Academy Complex on Wednesday 5th December. Children from each school took part in a variety of activities such as dribbling, shooting, passing, goalkeeping skills and agility in order to gain points for their team. It was great to see so many children involved and all looked like they had enjoyed the afternoon.
Thanks go to Barnsley Football Club for allowing us to use the excellent facility, Darton High School and Birkwood Primary for providing Young Sports Leaders for the event and Primary ICT Solutions for providing the prizes for the children.
Winners on the afternoon were High View PLC who finished with an excellent score of 999 pts. All results and pictures can be seen below.
