Y 4/5 Tri Golf Competition
The 2nd Barnsley Tri Golf Competition took place on Friday 28th Spetember at Shaw Lane. 4 schools entered the competition bringing 5 teams in total. Children worked around a circuit of stations which challenged them on different aspects of golf including chipping, putting and distance hitting and also encouraged them to work as a team.
After each team had completed all the challenges, the totals were calculated and it was High View PLC who finished as eventual winners with St. Mary's finishing in second place.
Thanks go to all the staff and parents who helped on the day and also to Primary ICT Solutions for providing t-shirt for the winning team. A CERTIFICATE can also be downloaded for all participants.
